And those who are interested in rafting on the same day should convey about the same to the camp.For River Rafting, Anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious situation requiring medical attention, weak heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, pregnant women, and so on.) Anyone deemed unfit for the rafting trip or adventure activity by the river guide/instructor will be prohibited. We are unable to honor refunds or discounts under these circumstances. Final decision on this matter lies with the river guide or management.If a visitor refuses to stay in the camp for any reason, they will not receive a refund.As mentioned in this PDF, we always provide the same camp and the same package. Check and read all the camp details carefully (e.g. facilities, distance from parking, photos, etc.) before selecting the camp.There is no room service available at the camp. The same applies to serving/consumption of food/beverages/smoking inside cottages/camps.We do not provide discounts or refunds for late check-ins or early checkouts.There will be no refunds issued if the Adventures/Activities are canceled due to bad weather, Acts of God, or other conditions.In the event that the number of persons in the package is reduced, the package's total cost will not be affected.At the time of their arrival, visitors must sign a disclaimer of liability waiver form. A proof of identity must be provided.Camp facilities are exclusively for guests staying at the camp. The drivers are responsible for making their own arrangements for boarding and lodgingOur policy is to only provide content according to the package selected by the visitor under normal circumstances. In case of road blocking due to traffic jam, landside, storm or any other natural disaster, etc. We will not be responsible for refunding fares. During the installation of tents/cottages, a slight difference could occur from one season to the next.The damage caused by our guests to any of our infrastructure, utilities, or material will need to be settled on the spot by the respective guests/group. A list of charges will be shared on-demand or at check-in. Damage charges and settlement policies are non-negotiable. There will be a minimum damage charge of Rs 10,000/-.Camp Management reserves the right to accept or decline any bookings or reservations, admit, disallow, or evict guests or groups at any time, without any obligation whatsoever.There are no insurance policies offered by us or camping companies that cover loss from theft, illness, accidents, or other reasons. It is recommended that visitors obtain such insurance arrangements on their own. All luggage and personal belongings are the responsibility of the client at all times.It may require you to trek (Ranges from 50 meters to 500 meters) from Road/Parking to Camps. The trekking distance (easy/difficult) varies from camp to camp. You should thoroughly review the camp pages on our website before finalizing the camp and making an advance payment.Any unruly or threatening behavior will not be tolerated, and the camp manager reserves the right to stop anyone who acts in an unruly manner and causes trouble for others. We will not compensate you for unused vacation days.In 2D means 23 Hrs, 3 meals i.e. Day 01 Lunch to Day 02 Breakfast and 2N 3D means 48 Hrs, 6 meals ie.
